1. Whose writing, thinking, work are you going to use (to reference) in your work?
Refer to the module brief reading lists for useful resources, along with the reading that has
been posted on Blackboard. Also use the library (books & journal articles) to ensure that you
are aware of what others have written about your subject, as well as using the internet as a
resource. Remember – your bibliography & argument must demonstrate that you have used
broad-ranging sources, not solely relied on only one of these forms of information.
2. For/against – what is the discussion (argument) that you are going to discuss?
3. Develop your argument in relation to this, using examples to illustrate that you have informed
yourself about other people’s views (referencing your work).
Your opinions now that you have done this research – what are your views/ideas about this?
